Our one-time cleanings start at $300 and go up from there.
The price of your one-time clean depends on the size of your home and, more importantly, what matters most to you. Some clients want us to focus on kitchens and bathrooms, others prioritize living areas or hard-to-reach details. Because no two visits are the same, we don’t use flat rates—your consultation includes a personalized estimate with Good, Better, Best options so you can see different levels of service and investment.
Getting a quote for a one-time clean is simple and fast. Schedule a quick virtual consultation, and we’ll tour your space together online to learn what you’d like us to tackle—whether that’s common areas for an event, a seasonal reset, or deep-detail extras. Within one business day, we’ll send you Good, Better, and Best options so you can pick the level of service that fits your needs and budget. From there, we’ll lock in your cleaning date and deliver spotless results without the hassle.
Often, clients who first hire us for a deep clean decide to schedule quarterly refreshes or explore repeat service. That’s why, when we quote your one-time cleaning, we’ll also include pricing for ongoing service—whether you’re curious or considering a more regular schedule. And once we’ve gotten to know your home, scheduling future one-time visits is as simple as a quick phone call.
Yes—absolutely. With more than 25 years licensed in Northern Colorado, bonded (never once used), and fully insured, your one-time cleaning is protected from start to finish. That coverage removes liability from your shoulders and ensures you’re covered, even for a single visit.
Equally important is who we send into your home. Our cleaners are employees—not contractors—carefully vetted and trained. They’re high-caliber young professionals who receive daily coaching and ongoing development. With Clean Bees, you don’t just get coverage, you get trusted people who take pride in delivering a thorough, professional clean.
For one-time cleanings, we’ll bring nearly everything we need. All we ask is that you set out a few basics on cleaning day: your household vacuum, some paper towels, and trash liners sized for your bins.
Clean Bees partners with Boulder Clean by 1908 Brands, so our standard products are primarily eco-friendly. Most of your home can be cleaned effectively with soap and water, but for tougher jobs, we do carry a few traditional products, like bleach, as backup. If you’d like us to avoid any particular product, just leave them out for your team as well.
No need to stress about cleaning before we arrive—just a little prep helps us get right to work. To make the most of your visit:
These simple steps mean we can spend our time on what you actually hired us for: leaving your home spotless.
One-time cleanings are all about flexibility—you decide what matters most. Hosting guests? We can focus on common spaces so your home feels fresh and welcoming. Want a true seasonal reset? We’ll leave no dust bunnies behind. Or maybe you handle the day-to-day but want us to tackle blinds, baseboards, and other “above and beyond” details—that’s our specialty. Whether it’s one room, a few key spaces, or the whole house, your consultation is about designing the perfect cleaning for the occasion. Once we get to know you, we can build 3 customized Good, Better, and Best estimate options so you can pick the right fit for your needs and budget.
Since one-time visits bring new faces and lots of activity, even the friendliest dogs can be unsettled. If your pup is shy or protective, we recommend keeping them in a room we won’t be cleaning or arranging care outside the home that day. Calm, social dogs are welcome to stay out and about—we’ll make sure they have fresh water and, with your okay, a little extra love.
Even for a single visit, quality begins with our people. Clean Bees hires carefully, provides daily coaching, and equips every cleaner with a detailed checklist so nothing gets overlooked.
For larger or more complex jobs, a team lead is on-site to guide the crew and confirm everything meets our standards. At the end of the service, we invite you to do a walk-through with the team lead so you can feel confident the job was done right.
After your cleaning, you’ll also receive a quick survey to share feedback. Our work is 100% guaranteed for 72 hours—if we missed the mark on any cleaning detail, let us know in the survey and we’ll promptly send a team back for touch-ups. Still not satisfied? It’s free.
A deposit is required to secure your booking, and autopay is set up at that time. We accept ACH (free to you) or credit cards (a small technology fee applies).
Once your cleaning is complete, the remaining balance will be charged to your stored payment method within about three business days. Your final bill will fall within the estimate you received.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. Your post-cleaning survey includes an easy option to tip if you’d like—industry standard is around 5%. Every dollar goes directly to your team.
One-time cleanings often require a large block of time and specific scheduling needs. In some cases, we shift other clients to accommodate these requests. Our goal is to guarantee our time for your cleaning while also ensuring our staff has full, reliable workdays to maintain the paychecks they count on.
When these services cancel last minute, the spot is nearly impossible to rebook. That creates consequences not only for our team (and their income), but also for the other clients whose schedules were adjusted.
Because of the nature of these cleanings, the following policies apply:
A link to this policy is included with your estimate, and confirming your appointment means you agree to these terms. To reschedule or cancel, please email us at hello@cleanbees.com or call (970) 566-2415—we’re here to help.
**If there’s an item in your home or office that carries significant value—whether financial or sentimental—and would be difficult or impossible to replace, we ask that it be omitted from your cleaning or simply put away on cleaning day. These are the kinds of things that, if damaged, could truly break your heart, and it’s best for all involved that we are not responsible for them. No one wants to make that phone call or receive it! Protecting your most precious items helps us focus on delivering a great clean with peace of mind for everyone.
While we make it a habit to practice the utmost care and concern when cleaning, accidents do happen. A full-time cleaner can touch thousands of items in a week, so the likelihood that we will eventually be the ones to break or damage something is an unfortunate reality. That said, we do our very best to minimize these incidents. In the rare event that something is broken or damaged during your cleaning, we will work with you to remedy the situation appropriately.**
Here’s what you can expect:
If something is broken or damaged during a cleaning, our team takes it seriously and feels genuine disappointment. That said, Clean Bees cannot take financial responsibility for every item—some things are simply too fragile, worn, or prone to damage through normal use.
While unfortunate, Clean Bees cannot accept financial responsibility when the correct product, tool, or technique is used and damage is still the result. For example:
Clean Bees will accept appropriate financial responsibility when true accidents occur, or when an incorrect product, tool, or technique is used and damage results. Examples include:
So, what does “accept appropriate financial responsibility” mean? It means that if an item can be repaired, we will obtain a quote and issue you a check in that amount so you can hire your preferred vendor. If repair is not an option, we will consider the age, condition, and current market value of the item for a fair reimbursement paid to you by check, so you can choose the best replacement moving forward.
Here are a few real-life examples of how Clean Bees has handled damage in the past:
By signing up for service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
